Terms & Conditions – Chaos Captured                                                 Photography
 

By booking a session with Chaos Captured Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• One reschedule may be granted based on availability.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will result in full loss of payment.

3. Photography Style

Chaos Captured Photography specializes in candid, real-life, lifestyle photography. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Sessions are not heavily posed.

  • Children are photographed authentically as they are.

  • Editing is natural and true-to-life.

  • Results will reflect genuine moments, not perfection.

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction based on expressions, behavior, or personal aesthetic preferences.

4. Image Delivery

• Proof galleries will be delivered within the stated turnaround time.
• Final edited images will be provided via online gallery.
• Chaos Captured Photography is not responsible for loss of images after delivery if not properly downloaded and backed up by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time for the session

  • Ensuring participants are prepared and cooperative

  • Supervising children at all times

  • Respecting the photographer’s time and direction

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

6. Weather & Location

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the photographer’s discretion. Location changes may require approval and could impact availability.

7. Artistic License

Chaos Captured Photography retains full artistic discretion regarding posing, lighting, composition, editing, and image selection.

8. Usage & Copyright

All images remain the property of Chaos Captured Photography. Clients receive personal-use rights only and may not:

  • Sell images

  • Edit or alter images

  • Use images for commercial purposes without written consent

Chaos Captured Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless the client submits a written request to opt out.

9. Liability

Chaos Captured Photography is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during a session. Clients assume full responsibility for their participants.

10. Agreement

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
