Refund Policy – Chaos Captured Photography
 

All sessions require full payment at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Once payment is made, your session is officially reserved just for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We know life happens (and kids run the show).

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session may be rescheduled one time based on availability.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in full loss of payment.

Weather Policy

If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for outdoor sessions, your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued due to personal preference, mood of children, outfit selections, or dissatisfaction with expressions captured during a candid session.

Creative Style Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge Chaos Captured Photography’s candid, real-life style and understand that results reflect natural moments rather than posed perfection.
